A 46 year old African American female came in from out of the area seeking shelter and help keeping her estranged husband away from her and their grandson. They had to relocate because he threatened to put a bomb in her house and car. The Client 108-287 was so afraid of him that she drove to the police department and when she finally got out of the car no one was at the department. She drove back home and there was no problem at that time. Then at a later date he told her he was going to set her on fire, shoot and kill her. The defendant and client 108-287 have had several fights and he had told her many times that he was going to blow their ass up. He is very abusive mentally, physically, emotionally, and verbally. She was to the point of not sleeping at night because of all the stress that he was putting her through. She was also having some major health issues, which with the stress, was causing them to flare up more and more.

The client was very happy about the relocation that she had received, and she stated that she had gotten some good sleep for a change.

The judge had approved the order which was very good on her part so she could go on with her life. Things started looking up for her since she relocated, and was able to live without fear of him following her and harassing her, she had a peace of mind. All was looking up because the place that she got is in a great place for her and the grandson. All is working out well.
