In a non-profit organization the role of the board of directors is essential in the continued
success and operation of the agency. These are diverse individuals, men and women, who have
come together in accord with one mission. That is to Break the silence.. Break the cycle... of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. Our board are advisors to the Program
Director and the Executive Committee, ambassadors to the community,
friendraisers for the program, examples by personally investing in the Corporation
