On January 18, 2009 an 18 years old Caucasian female who is the mother a small child came in. The client came in needing help with keeping her irate boyfriend away from her and there small child. The client 109-392 stated that she was assaulted by the defendant on January 17, 2009. The defendant had grabbed the client and threw her up against the wall and proceeded to punch her in the jaw and also bit her. The client 109-392 went to the defendant house to get some items for their baby; the client thought that the defendant was not at home. To her surprise he was in the bedroom with another female and they came running out of the room. The client proceeded to call 911 to let them know that he was very irate and the police showed up and told’ her to go the magistrate office and the magistrate told’ her to come to U CARE.

The client came in to file charges toward the defendant to keep him from threatening her and to keep him from following her and to keep him from doing any bodily harm to her and their small child. The judge granted the order due to the fact that he had attack her in front of small child and had said he would kill himself if she left. The defendant agreed to the order and the client thanked U CARE for of their help.
