A Caucasian couple whom are 46 and 52 years old are having a difficult time with their 24 year old son. They came into U-Care seeking help with getting him out of the home, after they explained their situation about the son they soon became clients. The Clients 074-469 have been very upset and they are also frustrated and so disappointed in the way things turned out. The defendant has threatened his parents on several occasions when things don’t go his way. That is when he becomes violent and threatens to knock out windows to the home and has totaled a pick-up.

The defendant has also stolen jewelry, generator, and a new chainsaw. They feel afraid of the defendant because of the out bursts he had when things don’t go his way. They had the defendant arrested because of the stolen items and the total loss of the pick-up. The defendant’s mother has a chronic illness and can no longer tolerate the verbal abuse and his behavior.

The Clients want the court to keep him away and not allow him to come by the house and harass them. The judge granted the order. The defendant agreed to what the judge had ordered.
