On April 13, 2009 an African American Male 23 years old came in and wanted to know what he could do about his ex.

On May 31, 2009 a Caucasian female 24years old came in, the mother of one child. Client 059- 640 explain the situation that what was going on in her relationship with her husband. The incident had happen on May 30, 2009, the abuser was verbally abusing the client by saying “I know that you have a boyfriend and if I find him I will kill him.’’

When I found out this I called my family and was packing my things and the abuser and his friends pull up and he came into the house. Then he proceeded to verbally assault me. After, that he pulled a gun out and said “I’m going to blow my brains out”. The gun was taken away by the client’s brother and the police were called and they gave the gun to the police. The client was taken to the magistrate office and was granted the Exparte, the judge read the Exparte and it was granted, the abuser is to stay away and from client 059-640 and not to have contact with the family. He agreed.
