On April 13, 2009 an African American Male 23 years old came in and wanted to know what he could do about his ex.

A Caucasian female 34 years old needed assistance getting help against her husband. The lady came in with so many problems with her spouse. This had been going on for some time now. He was emotional and verbally abusive towards her and the children.

In the past 6 months client 059-610 said that he was getting worst. The defendant has been diagnosis with bipolar disorder. He was taking many different medications for the disease. The defendant missed taking his medications and he had been really wired. The defendant got into his daughter face, when they had gotten home, and he called her a slut and, a nigger lover and was full of rage. The defendant started in on the client as she was telling her daughter to go to her room. The defendant was yelling, screaming at the client. In the mean time she had a plate in her hand and her 10 and eight year old came in as he was slapping the plate out of client 059- 610 hands. The children started screaming at their dad to leave their mom alone. Client 059-610 stated she told the defendant to leave or she was going to call the law. Client 059-610 stated, the defendant grabbed her by the throat and threw her on the ground and yelled “I am bipolar bitch and they [Law Enforcement] won’t do shit to me”, in front of their children.

The judge granted the order and he agreed. He is not to follow, harass, threatened or come near the family. He also had to attend the Abuser Treatment Program. Defendant may petition the court for visitations after the completion of the Abuser Treatment Program.
